1. Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to our AI Decoration Design mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), exclusively available for users in Europe, the United States and other regions on the Apple App Store. This policy fully complies with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (especially the 2025 updated AI data disclosure rules), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other local privacy laws in European and American regions.
Our core service is to provide one-click AI interior decoration rendering and space design optimization based on user-uploaded room photos. This App requires no registration, no account login, and users can use all core AI design functions directly after downloading. We solemnly promise to protect user data and personal privacy strictly, and clearly disclose all data collection, processing, usage and sharing rules in this policy.
This policy covers all behaviors of users accessing and using the App’s AI rendering, design preview, function optimization and in-app advertising services.
2. Data We Collect
We adhere to the principles of data minimization, explicit consent and purpose limitation. We will never actively collect users’ sensitive personal privacy information. All collected data is limited to the following two categories, and all data collection behaviors are transparent and compliant.
2.1 User Active Uploaded Data (Functional Necessity)
To complete the core AI decoration rendering function, we will only collect the room photos actively uploaded by users. The photos only contain indoor space scenes (house layout, interior decoration, space structure, etc.), and we will not actively identify, extract or save facial information, personal belongings, address information and other sensitive content in the photos.
This data is only used for real-time AI decoration design rendering, and is the only user-initiated data collected by the App.
2.2 Passive Non-Private Device & Environment Data
To ensure the stable operation of the App, optimize AI rendering adaptation, provide standardized third-party advertising services, and comply with Apple’s operation specifications, we automatically collect anonymous non-private device information when users use the App, including:
- Device information: mobile device model, unique device identifier (IDFV)
- System information: iOS system version, system default language, device resolution
- Regional information: generalized approximate region (only country/region level, no precise geographic coordinates, no specific city location data)
The above data cannot be used to identify any specific individual user, and does not belong to legally protected sensitive personal privacy data.
2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
We clearly declare that the App will never collect the following user information: user name, mobile phone number, email address, identity certificate information, precise location information, payment information, contact list, album authority (only access to single photos actively uploaded by users), biological recognition information and other sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose of Data Processing & Usage
All collected data is only used for the legitimate purposes explicitly stated below, and will not be used for any unauthorized commercial or illegal purposes:
3.1 Core Functional Service
The room photos uploaded by users will be transmitted to the third-party AI technical service interface in real time, exclusively for completing intelligent identification of indoor space, decoration style matching, 3D rendering and design effect generation, so as to realize the App’s core decoration design function. Without user explicit consent, the photos will not be used for other purposes.
3.2 App Operation & Optimization
Anonymous device and system data are used to adapt different device models and system versions, solve AI rendering compatibility problems, fix App bugs, optimize operation fluency, and match system language and regional attributes to improve user experience.
3.3 In-App Advertising Service
Non-private device data is used by third-party advertising providers to deliver non-personalized generalized advertisements, support the free operation and maintenance of the App, and will not be used for user portrait tracking and precise advertising push.
3.4 Anonymous Data Statistics
We conduct anonymous and aggregated statistical analysis on device data and usage behavior to iterate and optimize AI design algorithms and product functions, without associating data with individual users.
4. Third-Party Advertising Service
The App accesses formal third-party advertising SDKs. The advertising platform may obtain anonymous non-private device data (device model, system version, approximate region, etc.) to realize advertising display, anti-fraud verification and industry data statistics. All advertising service providers comply with European and American privacy laws and Apple review specifications, and will not obtain users’ photos and private data.
We will not sell, rent, transfer or disclose users’ uploaded photos and personal data to any third-party institutions or individuals, except for the mandatory requirements of national laws and regulations and the explicit provisions of this policy.
5. Data Storage, Clearing & Security Protection
5.1 Data Storage Rules
User-uploaded room photos are only used for real-time AI rendering calculation. The App does not permanently store users’ original photos and rendering records on the server. After the user closes the page or completes the rendering, the temporary photo data will be automatically cleared.
Anonymous device statistical data will be stored in encrypted form during the user’s use of the App, and will be automatically cleared after the user uninstalls the App or the data loses its service value.
5.2 Security Protection Measures
We adopt industry-standard encryption technology to encrypt data transmission and storage, establish perfect technical and management mechanisms to prevent data leakage, tampering, loss and unauthorized access. We strictly control the data access permissions of internal personnel and third-party service providers to ensure user data security.
6. User Legal Rights
In accordance with GDPR, CCPA and other European and American local privacy laws, you enjoy the following independent legal rights:
- Right to Transparency: You have the right to fully know the type, usage scope and sharing objects of your data processed by the App
- Right of Explicit Consent: Photo data transmitted to third-party AI services will only be processed after your active confirmation and authorization, and you can withdraw the authorization at any time
- Right to Delete Data: You can apply to delete the anonymous device data and temporary rendering data generated by your use of the App at any time
- Right to Refuse Advertising: You can turn off the App tracking and advertising permission through the iOS system settings to refuse third-party advertising data collection
- Right of Complaint: If you believe our data processing behavior violates privacy laws, you have the right to complain to the local data supervision authority
7. Apple ATT & Compliance Statement
This App fully complies with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework requirements for iOS 14.5 and above. The App will not actively track users across apps and devices. All data collection and sharing behaviors comply with Apple’s 2025 latest AI data disclosure and explicit consent rules, and meet the review standards of the European and American App Store.
We do not collect any children’s personal information, and the App is oriented to adult users, complying with global children’s privacy protection regulations.
8. Policy Update
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy in a timely manner according to product iteration, service adjustment, Apple review rule updates and legal requirement changes. After the policy is updated, we will publish the latest version in the App and update the effective date. Your continued use of the App after the update is deemed as your recognition of the latest policy terms.
